harshit gala’s purpose
harshit gala often wondered why some start-ups became so successful while others even struggle to make ends meet. when he entered the start-up eco-system in 2024, he thought founders struggled because they didn’t have the right strategies. however, as he started interacting with them more and more, he realised that it was not because they didn’t have the right strategies rather they didn’t have clarity in what they were building. harshit saw smart, hardworking and capable founders stuck who didn’t know what was holding them back. that’s when he knew that no amount of strategy, execution or advice can fix their business until they change the way they think. that’s exactly why he chose to do this and help founders build a [slightlybetter] business beyond the [shit] that is holding them back.

harshit gala’s philosophy
harshit gala’s belief
harshit doesn’t think most founders need advice; they need more awareness. because when you’re not fully aware of what you’re doing or why you’re doing what you’re doing, you end up moving in directions that don’t really make sense and without this clarity it becomes even more confusing. in his journey, harshit has met a lot of founders who struggle to build a business and it’s rarely because of something external but because decisions were made without clearly thinking in the first place. harshit never says, “you should have a perfect plan” because he doesn’t believe in one either but he does believe in direction – something that feels clear enough to move forward with. And more importantly, something that you understand.
